With a large majority of the American public clearly against Bush's war, Bush's poll numbers in free fall, where are the Democrartic leaders going to be during , most likely , the largest anti war rally since Vietnam? Anywhere but in Washington, thats where.

As a life long Democrat and a ardent pro-peace advocate, I find it dis-heartening, to say the least, that the Dem leadership is still cowaring in a corner while the American people are practically begging for real leadership from the Democrats. It almost seems as if the Democratic leadership doesn't want power. If someone here can explain why the hell the Democratic leadership is still afraid to speak out against this unconstitutional, needless war, please fill me in. Why are Dems so afraid to take a stand against a unpopular war. Are they owned by the same people that own the Republican party?
Even my man Howard Dean is running away from the protest. Has our party leadership lost all courage and dignity?
