Hey all! It's Tuesday night and time for the DIDS, short for "Damn, I Did Something." It's a chance for all of us to offer up the cool and awesome things we have DONE in the past week.
My DIDS this week? I finally mastered a new yoga vinyasa from Shiva Rea's Fluid Power Yoga DVD.
The Vinyasa in question, Foundation Vinyasa, is not super difficult, but it does have a few tricky transitions from half-plank to side plank to half-plank again. Today I DID the whole 14 minute routine without having to pause or stop in frustration once. Whoo-hoo!!! I have now learned six vinyasas from the DVD. It's been slow-going, but I'm pleased with myself for sticking with it and I am definitely feeling stronger and much more flexible.
