I just gave another $1,000 to John Edwards. You should do the same. Maybe you can’t afford $1,000. That’s okay. Give whatever you can. Because John Edwards is the man who scares the people who are hurting America.
More below the fold ...
I just gave another $1,000 to John Edwards. You should do the same. Maybe you can’t afford $1,000. That’s okay. Give whatever you can. Because John Edwards is the man who scares the people who are hurting America. They are committed to stopping him by hook or by crook (mostly by crook).
I’m talking about the biggest oil companies ... the even more powerful insurance lobby ... and powerful, moneyed interests you don’t even know by name .. the shadow men who use the government to funnel money out of your pocket and into theirs.
Hillary Clinton doesn’t scare them. They can work with Hillary Clinton.
Barack Obama doesn’t scare them. They’ll run rings around Obama as he searches for that elusive middle ground.
John Edwards scares them.
You’ve heard how the FEC has ruled that John Edwards can't get government matching funds for the more than $4 million he's raised from thousands of individuals through ActBlue. That’s just the latest dirty trick. That’s one reason why I gave another $1,000 to John Edwards now. We have to make up for what they’ve denied him. And to really send a message, we have to MORE than make up for the money they’ve stolen from him.
That will REALLY scare them.
Here is JE's most recent TV ad ...
Here's the diary I read this morningright before I contributed money to JE.
For every senior citizen trying to choose between buying prescription medicine and food
For every mother who can’t afford to take her kids to the doctor
For every father who wonders how he’ll keep a roof over his family’s head
For every small businessman unable to compete with slave-labor Chinese imports
For every high school kid who has no other economic option than to join the military and go fight wars for Halliburton’s profit
Contribute. Now. Just do it. There is a time to think and a time to act. Now is the time to step up to the plate and act. This will become known as the time when America’s middle class finally decided to fight back.
And your children will thank you.
