A major explosion just occurred at T2 Laboratories, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida, located in an industrial area on the waterfront in the northern part of the city. So far, at least two people have been reported killed, five injured, and three missing. The plant manufactures a product called ecotane, a gasoline additive that reduces tailpipe emissions. In addition, the plant also makes "chemical solvents," but the nature of these have not been specified in any news reports I've seen.
I've linked a few news stories linked below the fold, but you're certain to find more on the Web.

Eyewitnesses reported that debris shot several stories into the air. The JEA power plant, located across the street, has been evacuated. There is thick black smoke everywhere and at least 15 fire trucks are on the scene. According to one reporter on the scene, the debris in the air is so thick it's being picked up by local Doppler radar.
I will try to update more as I can, but feel free to do so in the comments as well.
My brother-in-law works near a waterfront area in Jacksonville, but I don't know what part of the city. I'm going to call my sister now to find out.
