While Congress is still debating the horrible US occupation in Iraq, some four years later, where most of our money and resources are being spent, Afghanistan is getting worse and our country is becoming at further risk.
The place we should have our troops is not being tended to at all. Our troops are not being cared for. Is this the Republicon's way of showing how little they care for our men and women serving our country?
In a newsletter from Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned, it states next level care for our troops injured in the field can take as long as 72 hours. Compare that with 24 hours for transporting wounded from Iraq.
Federal Weekly Magazine has a detailed report.
"Is Afghanistan the forgotten war?"
