There is an hour long interview with Michael Moore today on Democrycy Now. The site says that it is about the making of Sicko and health care policy issues.
If you go to the site, you'll find lots of options: you can listen to the interview, watch it, read it and even email it.
I'm looking forward to hearing it, and I thought a number of people here would want to know about it. But I'm travelling and found the site as I was busily trying to find excuses not to pack my bags yet again. So I apologize in advance for not responding to much very soon.
In fact, the hotel I'm leaving is right across from the WTC site. The Path Station is open (sorry to the New Yorkers for saying the obvious)and I'm told it goes around the edge of (some of?) the site. Riding in from the Newark air port yesterday afternoon, I was thinking about the fact that there's been such a struggle over plans to rebuild. When you are here, it seems still such a vast area of complete destruction. For New Yorkers it may be quite different, but even as a fairly frequent visitor, I find it very, very hard to get my mind around it, even as I look down into it.
