I saw former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan Tuesday at a "corporate thing" in Florida. He was the keynote speaker, which gives you an idea as to the weight of the corporates in attendance.
He is a consultant now, of course, and hasn't changed much in appearance or presentation. And he made no appologies, as you may expect.
He gave a good rundown of the MSM take (parroted, in my opinion) on all the candidates, with praise for the Republicans, as is to be expected. Who makes the finals? Who wins it? Follow me:
McClellan says: It's Rudy vs. Hillary, and Rudy wins.
And what about Al Gore? McClellan says, I paraphrase: he's a loser, he knows he's a loser, American doesn't like losers, he had his shot, he doesn't want to lose again, and there is no way he will run.
Sounds like the Republicans are scared shitless of Al Gore, no?
