After hearing all the news about John Edwards’s top staff resigning due to his campaign's inability to remain competitive anymore. I started to wonder who is the next big named candidate that is going to crash next into the political fires?
I am a huge supporter of John Edwards, but I am worried that both Obama's and Clinton's financial leverage over him will start to make his campaign irrelevant in Iowa. I know John Edwards raised over 9 million dollars last quarter, which translates into over 70,000 new donors. (As a side note, gives him the most total donors to Obama's campaign out of all the presidential candidates running in 2008). However, I wanted to know what this means in the big picture because the main-stream-media has made a conscious decision to ignore the Edwards campaign unless Ann Coulter says something explosive about him.
My questions to Dailykos Edwards supporters ......
What does Iowa mean to his campaign and what impact does a Edwards win have on the Democratic nomination process?
If Edwards doesn't win Iowa, which Democratic candidate is most likely to come out of Iowa with the advantage?
If Edwards doesn't win the nomination, is Obama or Clinton more electable in a general election.
