The messages we are sending to our young people:
It’s okay to lie if you are protecting someone who’s guilty.
It’s okay to lie if that means you can impose your will.
It’s okay to lie if others agree with you.
It’s okay to lie if you think you’re right.
It’s okay to lie if you say, "I can’t remember."
It’s okay to lie if you pretend it doesn’t matter.
It’s okay to lie if you hold an important position.
It’s okay to ruin someone else’s life if you want to teach him/her a lesson.
It’s okay to spy on anyone else as long as you stay hidden.
It’s okay to forget the promises you’ve made.
It’s okay to do anything you want as long as you keep it secret.
It’s okay to neglect your job if someone important gives it to you.
It’s okay to believe you are more important than others.
It’s okay to do harmful things to people if they’re not as important as you.
You can get away with anything if you know the right people.
Truth is never as important as winning.
The greater good is less important than your desires.
Anything is true if you just declare that it is.
Cheat if you must, but WIN!
Loyalty trumps actual competence and excuses incompetence.
The end always justifies the means.
