A Bush delegate to the RNC helped support a rapist who attacked Clinton's niece during the first Clinton race against George Bush 41. This exemplified efforts to scare testimony in the parade of perjury for Clinton's family and friends, in the Whitewater, days by setting an example for the purpose of intimidation.
When John Kerry mentioned business timber for Bush's personal taxes it was really an insightful hint.
A Houston RNC delegate, Michael Riddle, 56 , of Houston Texas, a legal.
Is he part of J. Riddle, Houston Attorneys, Tx-US ? Trademark Atty Specialists, Trademark Law Firm, Trademark Infirngement. "Patent and Trademark attorney, tax attonerys, personal injury medical malpractice law."
The forestry man,
Michael Riddle, ties into the hunting days of the
Arkansas Project. He was a forest lobbyist wanting to ravish woodlands on south and western Arkansas.
His legal office specialized in mineral, land acquisitions and use of public land for business, it would appear. He is an RNC Delegate from Houston for 2004.
He gave Wayne Dumonds' wife a job whilst her husband was in jail as the supposed "innocent man" - held in prison for his conviction in the rape of Clinton's third cousin, who was a 17 year old cheerleader at the time of the attack. Upon seeing him in public she recognized him and returned with others who helped see to his arrest. The generational difference in age made her comparative in terms years/generations to being Clinton's niece.
Evidence not presented to the jury was used in his sentencing for a maximum penalty. His first legal brush with the law was over a man's beating death in a public park involving the use of hammers. The man was allegedly going to ask him about Wayne's dealings with his teenaged niece. He and two others beat him to death - Dumond turned state's evidence in Oklahoma fiat accompli.
Not only was murder on his previous record. He accosted teen girls in public, perhaps as a plea was given the usual wrist-slap in one instance for five year's probation from a public park incident. His method fits several unsolved rapes in areas he shared proximity to, and one woman who gave statements to the court (but did not appear) was raped by him as well. She did not testify for fear of public perception of her. Other women likewise gave similar claims but were not given to proper evidence collection in their post attack trauma that delayed their actions, so for fear their case could damage the sure conviction, and other collateral disclosure concerns, their testimony abated. Also he had previous arrests on his record dealing with the same method and charge.
Former Southern Baptist preacher Mike Huckabee, the most recent Governor elect of Arkansas, where Dumond was given his maximum sentence for his attack of the teen, pardoned Dumond. He expedited parole proceedings against the endorsement of State law enforcement organizations. He felt Dumond had been through enough, having already been castrated perhaps over his trespass of 'the fairer sex',some say he did this to self over guilt of his actions. His former community railed against his release as well, having known both sides of the argument.
In particular Dumond was championed by The Free Republic web site. A letter writing campaign in his behest was undertaken by many emotional people citing his 'Nam era service as a father of four(six counting children fathered from attacks) and working poor status as a scapegoat of Clintonian elitism.Sample letters of recommendation for parole board & inmates: ... http://parole.state.ny.us/parolehandbook.html ... The Honorable former Governor and soon President elect recused self from any dealings with the appeals/parole process in his final days in State Office.
This was the kind of meanspirited Hunting of the President that Joe Conason's film merits with deserved narration by Morgan Freeman. People in the know understood that this exemplifies a model of action to pursue on those who side with the moderate Democratic Chief Executive during his Whitewater ordeal, in regards to trial tesitmony. The example that all of a person's family were unfairly subject to negative feedback was set, the gauntlet was thrown in the media forum. The Village
Voice even gave Dumond an interview, full blown Martyr's status to match. It mentions the evil deeds of "the Cracker sheriff" among its other clumsy attempts at poetic 'justice': "It's the word humanitarian that makes Wayne DuMond, now in his early fifties, chuckle a little. He knows it's all politics." He became a political exile in his well coached lawyer presentation. The Village Voice bad rap resounded: Dumond's past troubles had "nothing to do with the alleged case". . http://www.villagevoice.com/issues/0110/harkavy.php
Please note the case was a conviction, not an allegation.
In going after a sitting President's family- taunting his adolescent daughter as she grew to an adult, accusing his stated wife of ambition (not unlike anyone else in her position), and undermining his personal integrity in unrelated issues, there came the accused 'Clinton rape case' in many major media outlets. All the while the fact that a beloved family member was attacked, her pain and victims' status projected onto entirely dissimilar sexual situations, went unnoticed in the mainstream. She signified the hurt of several other women as well so this extends past the ranks of partisanship or bloodlines into the entire community of citizens in America as a whole and Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma in particular.
For the Clintons to see in their girl grow with the affection felt for any family member coming of age, and have others call him a rapist while the Dumond case was in context, Americans can perhaps understand the full extent of discourse that was engaged daily. Leadership saw the family through this. His family was America's family in this time and era ; the world came to love them more so, and the Nation they represent. He shouldered our highest hopes.
With the help of emotionally overzealous Free Republic furor, Dumond played the Shawshank role as an innocent. It was a convicted case, not alleged. Of course the Voice gives Dumond's story of being politically active against the local sheriff as a reason he was castrated and jailed. 'He made a local look bad' is his story. The Sheriff got extortion convictions later and died in jail, although his racket had no dealings with Dumond. Nobody from his community spoke upon his behalf, Washington Weekly website claims he was in church telling fellow believers how to fix a problem with stolen cars in their neighborhood upon his arrest, a true Gospel guffaw for the religious inflections of right wing media slants. http://nick.assumption.edu/WebVAX/WWeekly/WW29Jul96Dumond.html
In retrospect one can understand why a person in such position carried a heavy heart. Bill Clinton was bearing the brunt of intentional emotional fallout inflicted upon his family, which went beyond the bounds of acceptable. He did not let this change the civil tone he set as an ambassador, although the caliber of his conscience in Domestic legislative dealings was diluted. All the while being slandered upon the floor by people such as the House Speaker whose own personal actions surpassed the same thresholds of the lines he drew in discourse.A breach of contract with Americans in word and deed.
Wayne Dumond went on to rape and murder two more women. He's in jail for this act now. Ex post facto Mike Huckabee claims he had nothing to do with the parole.www.arktimes.com/max/070601brantley.html
The best summation of the Dumond attacks comes from Matt Stearns. http://www.kcstar.com/item/pages/home.pat,local/3accca34.630,.html
He notes Dumond's support in the alternate universe of conspiracy theories in blogdom. This is where the media will claim the fault of online blogs once again, ignoring their own complicit vertical integration of rumors to truth that tried to turn the Highest Office into 'tabloid DC'. In particular is the Murdoch rag The New York Post and writer Steve Dunleavy.http://williamburton.blogspot.com/2002_10_27_williamburton_archive.html

For moral equivalence to occur the neocons need nary networth. Where was Matt Drudge while this was going on? He had the microscope out and failed to report the facts. The only way media can get to this level is for it to be an accomplice, along the lines of the partisan hacks they gladly cite in reporting about.
For Democracy to flourish we must ask the toughest questions of our leaders. Bill Clinton slicked through those thoughts(in retrospect), although at proper times he asked of everyone, he would cede points to build consensus. Still in all these things he dealt with a tremendous internal burden that went along with his loved ones. His shortcomings in light of that can best be understood.
John Kerry is an accomplished prosecutor. He'll ask the tough questions of himself first. If he can't win his own approval of the matter he will weigh out why, and ask others to join the effort, and reach a consensus. He would never bring points to trial that could not stand on their own. To do so would subvert the outcome and be ignoble of the procedure and the calling of the Office of President.
From those heavy delta blues to the bluegrass country whines of yonder years, the theme of continuance that Clinton faced in all matters Arkansan and American resounds. Once again a great man looks to lead a Great Nation. Once again others with interests above the common good's outcomes will try and villify the deeds and actions of this man.The circle will not be unbroken. For Democrats this means the belief that the best in mankind will win the day (Hope is on the Way). For neocons it means the worst in mankind will dictate our response and develop a vicious cyclical cesspool swirl.
Michael Riddle will be part of the Republican lobby efforts. The same Free Republic who freed a guilty man that Riddle's legal office helped sustain logistical support for while imprisoned wishes to vilify the next Chief Executive. Jerome Ray Lee Corsi is one of two authors in the Swift Boat Veterans group that seeks already to slander Kerry in opinion. The tone of discourse these 'freepers', those smear boats, and their business bossmen take will try to tabloid the topics on America.
A Bush delegate to the RNC helped support a rapist who exemplified efforts to scare testimony in the parade of perjury for Clinton's family and friends. A group of emotionally overzealous Americans mislead by these financial interests mistakenly gave credence to the claims of neocons and its horrible collateral effects via coordinated horizontal political media efforts. The smear boat campaign that tries to turn emotional issues against the best choice for President is now sharing the support of the same website. They will not stop at the man John Kerry, the efforts of directly intimate Bush lobbyists with Wayne Dumond during the Clinton years prove this. The honor of the Heinz Republican legacy as well is not above neocon cutthroats manners or lack thereof. The Heinz-Kerry household truly represents the best each political party has to offer in terms of patrician philanthropy. Leadership by example.
As final note- the kerning on the font for Dumond's pardon alongside Mike Huckabee's signature was authentic. The Free Republic helped enable it, the same source cited on CSPAN, CNN and many major media broadcast and print outlets in the Dan Rather document debate.
So, if The Free Republic can make a guilty man innocent it can certainly make the real true content of a document false in comparison. This is a tangent of course, but one of the same method.
