Yes, yes, I know, I should never listen, but I must - I have to know what these desperadoes are doing, and what they are thinking in their tiny, little pea brains.
So what are they thinking??? Sean, with his guest, Democrat (HA!) Zell Miller, spoke about how bad, evil, traitorous, disgraceful, satanic and wrong, wrong, wrong that Dick Durbin is. Sean asked what gives Durbin the right to be a senator if Bolton is thought to be too combative to be at the UN (DUH, Sean, perhaps the votes of the people of Illinois, he seems to be having some problems with how our country is run.)
The kicker is: Hannity is calling for Durbin's resignation.
More below:
Yes, my friends,
one of the mouthpieces for the party of torture is calling for the resignation of a man who dared to get up on the Senate floor and talk about how the United States is acting like brutal, repressive regimes. NOTE: Not for one second did Hannity talk about the acts themselves. Not even a little, tiny, teensy mention on acts of torture. He also didn't mention Man-on-Dog Santorum's comparison last month of Democrats to Hitler.
Well, this is where they are going with this. Some other interesting (snark) thoughts by Sean:
- the Dems have lost the south because they are a radical left-wing party. (It has nothing to do with the Civil Rights Act and that many in the south are still racist, as are many of the Southern representatives in Congress.)
- moderate Dems will have to speak out against Durbin, and many of them must be getting disgusted with the Democratic party and the Republican party must be looking good to them (I swear, he said this!!!)
- the Dems will lose more and more support as they become more and more radical, wedded to their special interest groups (unlike the repubs, I guess, who are not wedded to the religious right or corporations at all.)
I know Hannity has his schtick down pretty pat, but I detected a little bit of worry and desperation in his voice. He was going to talk about the poll numbers later, but I had to get out of my car and run for the nearest vomitorium.
They are losing their minds over all of the issues piling up against the gates. Fingers in the dike, trying to hold back the crash of water.
Not only does Durbin not need to resign, he must continue to refuse to apologize for speaking the truth.
