Voted for Dean. It came down to "Who do I like" vs. "Who is going to win." I chose "Who do I like." And thats Dean. But Kerry will probably win here like everywhere else.
I am in Delaware, which is small like New Hampshire but not as significant, and I feel my vote doesn't mean much in choosing our nominee.
But, the scene at Aldersgate Methodist Church in Fairfax was very interesting at 7 am. There was a huge line. My neighborhood, Fairfax, and the surrounding area of Brandywine is pretty much Republican suburbs. But as I was talking to a lot to some of my neighbors, I discover that I am not alone in my visceral hatred of the President. Even my neighbors agree with me. One woman was asking me if her daughter, who will be eighteen on November 2 (Election Day), can vote. You see, she wants to vote against Bush. And she wants to make sure she can vote.
I am getting a feeling. The tide has turned. The tipping point has past.
