I mean no disrepect to anyone and this is a
real theoretical question:
Is it time for a cross-party ticket to unify the majority of the electorate from both major parties?
I bleed blue. Ask the Doc's who've worked on me. Yet after Political Wire's comments from John Avlon about an independent candidate winning [an impossibility at any point] and James Fellows article about an "imaginary letter to a Presidential Candidate in 2016 who is neither Republican or Democrat" and after the horrendous toll the WAR between the Parties is taking on Goverance, I think it's a worthy political point to consider.
Could some Cross-Party Ticket, which would by definition alienate many in both Parties, offer the Nation a better chance at Unity and Responsible Goverance?
I have NO ANSWER. Only the question. And let's not yell please...just discuss. It's a real question.
