After seeing Jerry Falwell appear on numerous cable tv news shows and listening to his arguments, something struck me as odd about him. He rarely ever mentions Jesus' name. And when he does it is only in response to a direct question about Jesus, where the name would be unavoidable, but even then he mentions it only in passing.
It seems to me that a reverend with a national pulpit would want to spread the good news about Jesus every chance he gets, so the question is why does Falwell hate Jesus?
My hypothesis is that Jerry Falwell is secretly jewish. That he wants to trick his followers into following the old testament ways instead of following the teachings of the son of God. This is only a theory however and I am really curious as to the real reason why Jerry hates Jesus.
Please go to http://falwell.com/?a=contact and ask Jerry why he hates Jesus. I am still waiting for my response.
Here are three transcripts as examples. In the first he does not mention Jesus at all. In the second he mentions Jesus only once. In the same time frame, Al Sharpton mentions Jesus 10 times. In the last one, an interview with Larry King, he mentions Jesus only twice, both in passing and not as part of one of his arguments.
