Apologies to begin with for the shortness and incompletemess of the diary. However, I do think the diary is important and I have searched for the information and can't find the reference/link that I need.
Many of us here were outraged and sorely disappointed with events in the House and Senate yesterday. A large slice of this community, surely a majority, are fed up with the fear and trembling of our leadership. We have had proposals to flood them with comment or even strike at work until we can get some satisfaction. This diary is to consider an alternative or additional effort.
I read here, I think, that Pelosi and Reid each(?) meet weekly with a group of Democratic strategists and advisors. It would seem to me that it is these people's job to advise our leadership and give them guidance about appropriate actions on their part. The diary was saying that the advisors were reversing their recent wimpy advice and were now suggesting tougher stances. If this were true either our leaders aren't listening or it is sure hard to discern the difference over the past few days.
The point is that maybe we need to focus our efforts on these advisors. Paul Begala was one of the names. Does anyone else remember the list of advisors to each and are there suggestions about how to approach them? Can someone provide the link? Would they listen to kos or would it help for the entire community to attempt to communicate with them? We are pretty angry and will have to work to avoid the angry blogger meme.
