With the divisiveness that originated here on Daily Kos and has spread to the rest of the campaign, this news article reminds us why we need to stick together in November.

Governor Hailey Barbour is robbing his own, still homeless citizens to buy a port.
While thousands of Mississippians who lost their homes to Hurricane Katrina remain in FEMA trailers, the state intends to spend $600 million in federal grants originally earmarked for housing on a major expansion of the state-owned port — a project that could eventually include casino and resort facilities.
This was money earmarked to rebuild homes for Mississippians still living in FEMA trailers. Barbour would rather give that money to his rich contributors to fund a Port than put his own people in their homes.
THIS IS REPUBLICAN RULE
This is what Electing McCain, or Huckabee, or Willard M. Romney will bring. More throwing gov;t money at those who don't need it.
More economic disaster.
More BUSHISM.
and the eventual bankruptcy of the United States of America.
We need not only a Dem in November, but we need a Dem for 20 years just to start fixing this mess. Start learning to hold your nose, because your BLEEPING Purity concerns will kill the country. For good.
