The threat that Obama's supporters won't go with Hillary if she wins is a case of spoiled little kids! I got a call from the Obama Campaign and they told me I should vote for Obama because the young and Black voters would not vote if Obama were not the candidate. If Hillary were to say what Obama and his wife have implied she would be considered a racist among other things! What if women all across the country sit out the election? This has got be addressed by Obama big time because I just might vote for McCain! I don't particularly care for either of these Democratic Candidates but I did relunctantly pull the lever for one of them. Why, because I look at voting as a duty! I will support the Democratic Candidate because I care deeply about the Supreme Court maybe Obama supporters don't give a damn about it.
The Supreme Court is the only thing that in the long run matters in any election. The next president will likely appoint two justices and if they are Conservative changes that will affect everyone's life will happen. One right off the bat is a woman's right to choose, another stem cell research. What about our basic rights that have been whittled away over the past eight years? These justices control the laws of the nation for many decades into the future. This is one area where who is President really does matter. All those other campaign promises are just blown in the wind.
Message to the youth vote: Let McCain win, you not me will be drafted for his hundred year war. I can't get pregnant so if abortion were illegal it wouldn't affect me either.
I really am starting to dislike Obama and his supporters for the stupid idea that they will throw a tantrum and go home if they don't get their way. This is not an arena for that kind of thinking too much is at risk. So support whoever and if they don't win try again! Stop with this stupidity! Come on Obama prove to me you can unite people because this is hugely divisive!
There now I feel better!
Update: Completely unaffected by attacks so stop wasting your typing and go flame someone else. Obama's campaign really made the call and I'm sure others have heard the same thing. It's lucky I waited a day to post this. Yes if the Democratic Convention gets really ugly I would vote for McCain and it would be the first time I voted Republican.
