For the longest time, I've tried to take the high road. I've tried to listen to both sides of the debate, and even attempted to substantiate the views of those that believe other than myself.
The sad truth is, that I can no longer stand by and allow the pundits of Neo-Conservatism to dishonor this great nation of ours.
It is time for the truth to be told. In reality the underlying debate between conservatism and liberalism is an economic theory. Conservatives support the landowner, or what can be reffered to as the aristocracy. The liberal view is to support the common people. In theory, this would suggest that conservatives support unbridled profit-mongering by the wealthiest members of society, while the Liberal view is to promote the well being of the wage earners, in order to promote a greater transflux of trade, and there-bye stimulate innovation. It is the latter view our fore-fathers fought proudly to give as the birthright of this nation.
Yet, as the years progressed, the aristocracy has battled endlessly to take these liberties away from the people. They believe that power is the birthright of entitlement, and so they have corrupted the American society from within to achieve this aim. This has always been the single minded goal of the republican party.
And yet, if the truth were told, there is no way the american people would support such a diabolical plan. And so, it has ever been the strategy of the republican party to divide the american people, and to feed their fears, and their hatreds so as to weaken our democratic resolve, and to supplant our liberty with the tyranny of greed and power.
Take heart though, for the free-press has ever been the thorn to this republican betrayal of America. Today this battle of liberty will be fought here, in the blogosphere. It is here, that free-thinking americans can meet, and exchange ideas, free from the corruption of mainstream media.
Our liberties our now under fire, and so none of us can take the word of main stream media anymore as the truth. It is there only to confuse us.
Take courage, my friends, and dare to speak the truth. The revolution is on
