Alright, this diary is taking a break from politics because I need some advice, and I know there's plenty of ex-smokers on here who can help.
I quit smoking two weeks ago. It wasn't too difficult, as I was smoking the disgusting Marlboro Red's that made me hack up a lung everytime I took a puff. I haven't had any major nicotene cravings, but I am having some wicked bad cases of nicotene withdrawl-induced rage.
I want to stay away from the cigarettes, but am tired of flying off the handle over minor stuff. So to any ex-smokers out there, please provide any advice you have for dealing with the anger caused by the lack of nicotene. Thanks!
