Subject: Who is Barack Obama?
If you do not ever forward anything else, please forward this to all your contacts... this is very scary to think of what lies ahead of us. Better heed this.
Unless you want a radical Christian as your next President, don't support Barack Hussein Obama. You may ask, "He can't be a born-again Christian, can he? Isn't he more in step with Muslims and Atheists?" But let's let the truth be known.
Even though he was born in Hawaii, the most secular state in the country; even though his father was a non-practicing Muslim; and even though his mother claimed no affiliation with any organized religion; even though his step-father was another non-practicing Muslim; even though Obama spent two years in a state-run school in Indonesia, that contrary to Muslim law taught both boys and girls and allowed their teachers to wear Western clothing; with all that secular background, as an adult Obama didn't just join a church, but he answered the call at Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ.
Now Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he became a Christian in a dramatic fashion. Since it is not politically expedient to be a born-again Christian when you are seeking political office in the United States as a Democrat, Obama usually claims that his conversion to Christianity wasn't an epiphany but was more of a gradual process. But if elected, however, be warned. This radical Christian will work for what some extremists call true, fundamental Christian values: compassion (Hebrews 6:10), a fight against rich corporate interests(Matthew 6:24), an extension of social programs (Matthew 25:45), and no public piety (Matthew 6:6). Finally, he will say that God wants nothing to do with our most honored public religious figures (Matthew 19:24,Mark 10:25, and Luke 18:25).
I ask you, is the country ready for this kind of President?
For those of you who don't know your bible verses by heart, here are the references:
"God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them." --Hebrews 6:10
"Ye cannot serve God and mammon." --Matthew 6:24
"Verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me." --Matthew 25:45
"And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are; for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men ... But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou has shut thy door, pray to the Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly." --Matthew 6:6
"It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." --Mark 10:25 (The Matthean and Lucan texts are virtually identical)
