Hillary has a lot of support with the powers that be in Colorado..and
she inherited some more from the Richardson campaign after Big Bill opted out of the race...but she has to be looking at this state and going "What??".
The latest Mason-Dixon polls shows the following:
Democrats:
Obama 34%
Clinton 32%
Edwards 17%
From the Denver Post:
Obama's strength in Colorado may come from the fact that the state's Democrats see the desire for change as a driving issue in the campaign. The poll showed 51 percent of Democrats see change as more important than experience — and the ability to bring change is a trait they overwhelmingly associate with the Illinois senator
If Obama can inspire the same surge of young people and new voters that he has in the past Colorado may well be a bright spot on Super Tuesday.
