I am so glad to hear he has deputies who cannot bear the job of putting moms and kids out on the streets because banks foreclose.
Renters pay their rent every month and have to just trust that the mortgage is being paid. Sheriff Dart wants at least four months notice to be given to those who rent in properties being foreclosed so that those families have the chance to plan and to find other housing. Seems fair and just to me.
Call your bank too. Tell them you support Sheriff's Dart plan and not their ruthless dealings.
The tide will only turn when we do on the cruelty.
Let's also call and FAX Secretary Paulson and tell him to change this terrible practice as a part of the bail-out of his friends:
