Yesterday, April Winchell posted an incredible sequence of photos on her website that created a lot of buzz in the blogosphere. The pictures of two young boys, one black, one white, on the shoulders of their fathers, sharing an Obama-Biden sign. If you think the story couldn't get any better, it does.
The pictures were taken by a seventeen year old Obama campaign volunteer. That's right. The pictures that a seasoned photographer would have killed for were taken by a teenager.
Nida Vidutis is a freshman at Columbia University and shared her story of working on the campaign and of the pictures with April on her website. If those two boys and Nida represent the future of this country, I think it's safe to say it's going to be a good one.
