- I read in the newspaper that Obama has about 3000 political appointments to make. What are they? Relatedly, can it be that the number of political jobs has become too large over time?
- Anyone else notice that Obama did not (or hardly ever) smile during his victory speech? I think he just realized that a very large weight had been dropped onto his shoulders. I am glad to see that he is already taking this so seriously.
