Obama had the most disciplined, organized ground game network in history. Rather than letting it rundown, I propose that he expand that network to include all Americans and use that network to reconstruct our infrastructure.
The network would:
- Continuously report on sagging infrastructure by comparing to baseline models, all around the country
- Provide a feeder network of volunteers/labor for implementing major projects
- Leverage social networking to monitor progress of projects
Total cost of the network would be no more than $5 billion, considering the election spend was certainly under $0.5 billion.
