It occured to me, listening to talk radio on the way home, the talk show hosts speculating on why the change in Clinton's campaign manager and running out of money? Did she make known the financial weakness of her campaign, that high level staff were opting to go without pay, in order to stir up enthusiasm from donors? Changing the manager of her campaign two days before another important string of primaries, a day after she was trounced, was the money mis-handled, not spent appropriately? That Obama won this past weekend because he spent more money, had more foot soldiers, boots on the ground. It occured to me, this is ready on day one? If she's as ready, as she keeps trying to brainwash us into believing, stick to the message, stick to the message, ready on day one, ready on day one! Well, how can she be ready on day one, when she's not even ready to run a successful campaign!
She thought she had the nomination in the bag, the biggest war chest, all the deep pockets, how was anyone else going to be able to compete with her! She didn't count on the American public, that public which gave back the Senate to the Democratic Party, because they wanted change. If this is how she's going to run the country, those voting for her because she's told them, she's ready on day one, better re-think their position. How is it Obama can keep going, has enthusiastic donors, volunteers that work tirelessly on his behalf, because they believe they're working not only on his behalf, but for that change, we so desperately need.
Again, ready on day one, she wasn't prepared for this nomination process to go on as long as it has, so financially she didn't account for it. Haven't we had enough of a President who's borrowed money because he wasn't prepared for the longevity of our opponents? Boots on the ground, well that sounds awfully familiar too, not enough boots on the ground to win! This campagn can be looked at in a simular fashion, to the ill concieved planning of the Iraq War. I don't see how you can say, you're ready on day one, when your campaign is falling apart!
