According to today's Rasmussen tracking poll, the numbers are
Obama: 49% (+3)
Clinton: 37% (-4)
This may indeed signal the continuation of a sudden rapid shift of the electorate towards Barack Obama.
Since the results of the "Potomac Primary" began trickling in, the news media has been inundating the public with the news of Obama's eight wins in a row. Hawaii and Wisconsin have essentially already been called for him by some. Comparisons are being made between Clinton (Texas, Ohio) and Giuliani (Florida, Florida) at a rapid pace. Is this the same thing the general public is seeing?
Something is happening here. But I don't know what it is. Do I? The general expectations are beginning to look like "Hillary will probably win narrow victories in Ohio, Texas, and Pennsylvania, but it won't be enough to make up the pledged delegate count". Is she now being essentially written off by the media, and therefore possibly by extension by the public? Is this narrative conceivably setting her up for a massive shocking comeback?
This shit is crazy.
What do you think?
