Rasmussen Reports has released two new state level polls on the Democratic Primary in Texas and Pennsylvania. More after the jump.
TEXAS
Texas Poll
Obama leads Clinton 48-44. There are 8% undecideds, and 12% may change their mind. Obama has a 16 point lead among men, while Clinton leads by 9 among women. Clinton's lead among Hispanics is down to 7 points. Undecideds have a slightly higher favourable view of Clinton, but both favourable ratings are very strong. Interestingly, more Texans oppose NAFTA than support it, and see Clinton as the one who favors it and Obama as who opposes it.
PENNSYLVANIA
PENNSYLVANIA
Clinton's lead in Pennsylvania continues to evaporate. The QP poll yesterday showed it had fallen from 21 pts to 6 pts. This Rasmussen Reports poll has the split at 46-42 for Clinton, a margin of only 4%. They describe the trends as being badly in the other direction for her. Clinton leads by 15 for women, but trails by 14 for men. They are viewed almost equally in favourability.
