We all know about the comments of Bill in South Carolina and the Clinton people have spun that out of the news. Now it seems that the "R" is raising its head again. And it comes from...you guessed it....the Clinton camp.
Let me see, an Obama adviser calls Hillary a monster and she is chastised and forced to resign to keep peace in the campaigns. But before that several Clinton surrogates used a drug analogy to describe Obama and they are whacked on the pee-pee and allowed to continue. Where is the peaceful resolution to this?
Now good old Geraldine Ferraro has stated that Obama is where he is because he is black (a paraphrase). Clinton has not condemned, as Obama did on the Power comment and she has not asked Ferraro to resign. She did however say she did not agree with Ferraro's statement.
This is not Ferraro's first racial statement, back in 1988, I beleive, she said the only reason Jackson was in the race was because he is black. (Again a paraphrase) She seems to have a history of making race an issue. then why let her talk to the media? Unless that is exactly what Clinton wants.
She still appears that she is arrogant and that she does not have to play by the rules of fairness. The Clinton's are playing the media like a cheap drum. She is using the media to help dictate the tone and the direction of this process. Even McCain has tried to distance himself from the racial crap and the religion stuff, maybe Clinton should try a new direction---the high ground.
