One of the things that the Obama campaign was very successful in was not presenting Obama as the Black candidate, but the recent development the last few days may have started to change that.
The mistake Bill Clinton made in SC was not only using the race card and the "Black" candidate shtick, it was also that he cracked up the volume so loud that it was so obvious and it backfired on the campaign. The Clintons learned from that, they learned they can hint, insinuate and make knowing glances that will move white voters away from Obama. It took them awhile, but I think they're starting to hit their stride.
The sequence of events in the Furraro thing was no coincident, it started with the " he is not a Muslim as far as I know", which casted the first grain of doubt in the minds of all those people in OH, who I bet never see any news other than their local one.
The Wright Video of course will only add to the frenzy, it all fits together in the scheme of painting him as the "black" candidate.
The question now...
what should the Obama campaign do? because I doubt they didn't anticipate this line of attacks.
also....what can we do? as supporters to educate and tell people about Obama?
