Not to start any "conspiracy" thoughts or anything, but something occured to me last night as I was trying to sleep
It occurs to me that it looks like someone at the State department just blew the whistle.
I say this because of the fact that Obama's files were opened on 3 different occasions by unauthorized people, the first as far back as early January, the latest just a week ago. If I were in charge of the State Department and I was planning on releasing the news that the probable Democratic nominee for President (tease your memory about anouther Dem from the early 90's running for Prez) has had his passport files rifled through three times in the last 3 months I sure as hell would have had someone contact Obama personally and I would have had a fairly high up individual on hand and ready to give an account to the press that would have gathered en-mass (as they did) after the story broke.
As it was "some low-level functionary" called the Senators office in DC to break the news and they called somewhere around 7-7:30 in the evening on a Thursday. Then the State Department had a hurriedly put together conference call to answer reporters questions.
This sounds a lot like the State Department was caught off guard by the news breaking when it did which leads me to believe that someone blew the whistle. If this is true, well you can come up with your own set of questions after that.
