If it's illegal for someone to vote in a primary with the intent to spoil an election. Then shouldn't it be illegal for someone to use the public's airwaves to instruct others to break the law?
What would happen if someone was to instruct their listeners to attack someone because they were of a different political party?
Is this any different? Surely that would be illegal? If it were condoned by the radio station's managers wouldn't they too be complicit in a conspiracy to commit election fraud?
So my question is where is the FCC and the FEC on this and why hasn't anyone sounded any alarms and campaigned them to investigate this?
Rush was instructing his listeners to commit a felony. He ,the EIB network and the stations that carry him should all be held accountable.
