Most political discussions are forgetting that the election of a United States president is, for better or worse, a global event.
Of course it's up to Americans to choose who will be the 'leader of the free world', but the opinions of those outside of the United States need to be weighed, especially with the US economy in rough waters. And what of those who may be directly affected by American international foreign policy? With this in mind, Link TV has started a project to give voice to international concerns, as well as healing the relationship between the United States and the world.
It's called Dear American Voter. People from all over the world can submit videos and participate in discussions on our website, to share what issues are important to them in their own country, and to express what the American people should keep in mind when voting. Thoughts? How important is it for Americans to listen to the world? Is it better to focus on domestic issues and deal with foreign interests after the fact?
