I remember there was a time when the students of The George Washington University forced it's President Lloyd Elliot to resign his membership from Burning Tree Country Club because it was a restricted club.
Barack Obama, the liar and deceiver in chief of his own campaign whines like a baby about Bill Clinton saying that Hillary would have a tough time in South Carolina because she is not Black (which happened to be true) while at the same time this hypocrite attends a church presided over by a racist and Farrakhan supporter Reverend Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr.
We cannot have a duplicitous man like that as President. Let's take a look at Obama's Reverend, slinking below the fold.
UPDATE Why is it OK for Obama and his supporters the charge Bill and Hillary Clinton for making racist statements but it is not OK for a Hillary supporter to charge Obama for being friendly with racist spiritual leaders? This is pretty disgusting here and believe me the Republicans will skin Obama alive with this and they are absolutely right if they do, unless you all feel it's OK to have racist spiritual leaders!
Apparently it is impossible to criticize Obama here*
Let's see an excerpt from Wikipedia about this racist who Obama worships with every week. http://en.wikipedia.org/...
Some conservative critics say that Wright's Black liberation theology promotes "a sort of racial exclusivity".[9] Wright has rejected this notion by saying that "The African-centered point of view does not assume superiority, nor does it assume separatism. It assumes Africans speaking for themselves as subjects in history, not objects in history."[10]
During the course of the 2008 presidential campaign, Wright has also attracted controversy for his association with Louis Farrakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam.[11] Wright travelled to Libya with Farrakhan in the 1980s. In 2007, Wright addressed this by saying "When [Obama’s] enemies find out that in 1984 I went to Tripoli to visit Colonel Gadaffi with Farrakhan, a lot of his Jewish support will dry up quicker than a snowball in hell."[12] In 2007, Trumpet Magazine (published and edited by Wright's daughter) presented the Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. Trumpeter Award to Farrakhan, whom it said "truly epitomized greatness."[13] Wright is quoted in the magazine offering praise of Farrakhan "as one of the 20th and. 21st century giants of the African American religious experience" and also praised Farrakhan's "integrity and honesty."[14] Obama, on the other hand, has strongly criticized Farrakhan.[15]
In addition, Wright has said that Zionism has an element of "white racism",[citation needed] and that the attacks on 9/11 were a consequence of violent American policies and proved that "people of color had not gone away, faded into the woodwork or just 'disappeared' as the Great White West went on its merry way of ignoring Black concerns."[16]
And this is from the Washington Post and Richard Cohen regarding the same Trumpeter Award mentioned above: http://www.washingtonpost.com/...
Maybe for Wright and some others, Farrakhan "epitomized greatness." For most Americans, though, Farrakhan epitomizes racism, particularly in the form of anti-Semitism. Over the years, he has compiled an awesome record of offensive statements, even denigrating the Holocaust by falsely attributing it to Jewish cooperation with Hitler -- "They helped him get the Third Reich on the road." His history is a rancid stew of lies.
Maybe as a Democrat I don't want to see scum like that in the White House. So many here pretend everything about Obama but we have to hold his feet to the fire about the few things we do know about him and he cannot get the nomination until all these gems are uncovered. So now we can add his preacher is a racist to the fact that he has no experience and the second he set foot in the Senate he began running for the presidency. Sounds more like used car salesman than a statesman to me.
Would you attend a church or synagogue whose spiritual leader is a racist? I would not!! I would definitely not!
