Hi! First entry here and in dire need of some positive/fun/uplifting news...
Michelle Obama will be a guest on the Colbert Report this Tuesday....(see below)
From the Indecision 2008 website for Comedy Central:
"After you're done writing off your last pointed tip bolo knife purchase (whoever said being a Laotian hitman would come back to bite you at tax time?) be sure to catch Michelle Obama's tax night (April 15) appearance on The Colbert Report -- part of "The Colbert Report: Doritos Spicy Sweet Pennsylvania Primary Coverage From Chili-Delphia - The City of Brotherly Crunch!"
One thing I really love about Obama's candidacy is his wife. She is definitely a breath of fresh air as compared to other candidates spouses and recent first ladies. I feel like she will actually DO something when Barack is office and will inspire others to join her cause.
Tune in Tuesday night! If it's too late for you...record it.
p.s. if you go to the Indecision Website you can take their poll on Obama's bitter comment. Go VOTE!
Will Obama's "Bitter" speech hurt his chances in Pennsylvania?
Yes - It was condescending
Yes - He shouldn't have said "bitter" when he meant "umami"
No - It may lead to an endorsement from the PA Association of gun-clingers
No - Things are bad. So people are, you know, um... bitter
