Frankly, I don't even like the expression "flip flop" nor do I agree with the basic concept of calling out politicians for changing their minds. However, the RNC has been so notorious in calling out candidate after candidate for flip flopping that their supporters have often made it the #1 issue.
I have often heard self-identified Republicans say that they can respect someone they disagree with as long as they know where they stand. Many refused to vote for Kerry for this very reason etc.
So at this point I am just fed up. Plus, I think McCain was actually correct in 2005 when he opposed a long term U.S. presence in the region and saw it as doing more harm than good. So in the interests of fighting back against the daily Obama "scandals" and using the GOP's medicine against them - I have decided to spread this video around the internet to the best of my ability:
I hope this gains some attention and is more than just a blip on MSNBC this morning. Then again, when was the last time the media called out a serious GOP candidate?
