The North Dakota
Democratic-NPL Party has announced
that Democratic presidential candidate Wesley Clark has accepted
their invitation to be the keynote speaker at the Annual
Jefferson-Jackson Dinner in Bismarck on January 10th. It will be
Clark's second visit to North Dakota which will hold their
presidential preference caucus on February 3. Tickets to the
dinner can be purchased from the state party headquarters.
NPL is the Nonpartisan League a progressive liberal party
that was formed in 1916 which merged with the Democratic Party in
North Dakota in 1956.
