Today at about 2:30 p.m. central time, a Ron Paul grassroots campaigner "visited" the grounds of Burlington High School (a school of about 1500), located in Burlington, Wisconsin (a town of about 15,000). At the end of the school day, he stood outside the side entrance of the school, where the majority of students leave to get into their cars or buses, handing out fliers and blank discs to passing students.
The fliers read the following:
Skip School
April 15th
Truth Strike
Learn the TRUTH
about Income Tax
and help set your
fellow citizens free.
America:
Freedom to Fascism
Documents the fraud
behind the income tax
Where: The Burlington City Post Office
Wen: 6:30am to 5:30 pm
Construct signs with slogans like:
What Income Tax?
Income Tax = Slavery

The man was Joe Baker, presumably a Burlington resident, who appeared to be middle-aged. He was wearing a YouTube shirt (someone's gonna need to explain that to me).
His presence on school premises was illegal, obviously. He was talked to by the school's principal, Dr. Barbara Kopack-Hill, and its assistant principal, Mr. Drew Helbesma. They left, presumably to get security to escort the nutcase out, and he continued to hand out fliers to students.
I personally got into a verbal argument with the guy. It went something like this
Me: Sir, not to be rude, but you do realize that you're handing out fliers about the income tax to high school students, students who don't pay the income tax and probably don't care?
Joe Baker: But you will pay the income tax soon! The income tax is unconstitutional (see note below) and fraudulent.
Me: How is the government supposed to pay for things like this school that you're on right now without the taxpayer's money?
Joe Baker: What you'll see if you listen to this series of audiotapes, is that we don't need a government at all.
Me: Good luck with that.
Note: The income tax, however depressing it is in general, is certainly constitutional, as declared by Article I, Section 8, Clause 1 of the US Constitution.
Furthermore, the idea that the burden of having to pay for our government is in anyway equal to the burden of being kidnapped from your homeland, sold, and forced to do hard labor for no money in terrible conditions because of the color of your skin, is obviously ludicrous.
Finally, this event explains how far Ron Paul supporters can go from supporting civil liberties to supporting complete anarchy.
