Now, I’m new to being a Political Junkie. Mostly because it was so much of a racket and the prospect of change seemed unattainable. I no longer feel this way. Thanks Obama.
There is something I thought of that seems like a great idea. Maybe this is what presidential candidates do all the time and I am not aware of it. Like I said I’m new to this.
There are many V.P. possibilities. Obama’s V.P. choice seems a lot like the Repubs Primary choice where there were a lot to pick from, but no clear great pick. Just a bunch of good picks that created as many problems as they solved. My idea after the fold.
Why can’t Obama role out his whole team when he announces his V.P. Many of you love Webb. Many of you love Edwards. Many of you love Richardson. I personally love McCaskill. You get my point. So why can’t Obama announce his cabinet and V.P. at the same time, grouping them all as one.
At the announcement rally he could be standing on stage with Webb, Richardson, Edwards, Biden, etc. It would group them all together and show America what an Obama white house would look like. It would be a powerful image bringing the party together.
Later they could attack the airwaves separately and together as Team Obama. Them against McCain, Lieberman, Graham. And if you think women would choose the latter over the former you are aren’t thinking. You’re emoting.
Is this a good idea? Do Candidates do this sort of thing? An Obama White House. I’d love to see a flash forward. Would you?
