Not much to it, really. They've said for years that these nefarious nefarious bad bad terra'sts needed to be held for the rest of their lives without trials because of this evidence, but the second someone outside the bubble is allowed to look, they suddenly feel need to go back and have a do-over.
Probably need to hide evidence of torture, or shore up cases that are, essentially, "Someone said he might have at one point walked past a Muslim on the street."
