So I was searching the Yahoo! Politics news page for evidence of McCain's latest "Americans are whiny" misspeak. Hoping for the equivalence of the firestorm that erupted over Obama's "bitter" comments, instead I found this lovely piece of shit editorial: http://www.realclearpolitics.com/...
The article is called "Barack W. Bush." Written by Victor Davis Hansen, it is published on the RealClearPolitics blog. Clearly he was offset by Obama's liberal stance on issues early on in the campaign, and now he's criticizing his move to the center. While it is obvious that Obama HAS been trying to center himself on political issues, this man makes ridiculous assertions of calling him a flip-flopper and tying him to the policies of George W. Bush.
It's irresponsible for a major source of news like the AP to run biased news stories about the presidential candidates. This might be the most important election of our lifetimes and the media is trying to run as many anti-Obama stories as possible to try to keep the contest competitive and interesting. If Obama loses this election, I'm going to place the blame solely on the media.
