From observation of Kossacks' sig lines, there hasn't appeared a non-negative coordinate yet.

The developers of the Political Compass ran the US Primary candidates through their system.
While Dennis Kucinich and Ralph Nader are depicted on the extreme left in an American context, they would simply be mainstream social democrats within the wider political landscape of Europe. Similarly, Hillary Clinton [and Barack Obama] is popularly perceived as a leftist in the United States while in any other western democracy her [and his] record is that of a mainstream conservative.
He told us who he was.
They have been evaluated through scrutiny of public statements, manifestos, interviews and, crucially, voting records.
Note that this was done during the primaries. No "tacking to the right/center", or "pandering", or whatever any current behavior may be called, was included in the analysis.
Per their analysis, Obama was not even in the same quadrant as anyone who posts their coordinates here. He's not likely to return and set the record straight with his own sig line coordinates. I suspect he'd be TR'd right about now.
The positions of world leaders are also shown, for comparison. Gandhi's on another graph, between Mandela and the Dalai Lama; Kossacks seem be distributed in this area.
Commander Codpiece is quite the little fascist, nearly on par with Mugabe (he of the killing, beating, and burning of majority opposition voters). Hm.
