Wow, it doesn't get much worse than this. And lets hope Barack doesn't have too many days that are like this.
Kids...Today...Jackson...FISA...Riefenstahl
Maybe if he gets all of this type of stuff out of the way in one fell swoop he can not blow this election.
Oh, yeah, this is not a concern troll diary; I'm not "concerned" about anything with Barack right now...just amused.
I'm in a weird place right now. I don't want McCain to win, but I'm not sure I want Barack to win either. I strongly, deeply, and personally believe he has abandoned too many Progressive positions for me to really continue to support him. Blah, blah, blah...
Maybe I was naive at first, but in my opinion, he has walked away from a number of positions which I believe in deeply. So, he no longer has my support.
Nuthin' new there, I've written on this for awhile now.
But today Barack hit a new low. He got f***ed left, right, and center all day long. It really doesn't get much worse than this.
First, he had to apologize for using his kids in the Access Hollywood interview. That was pretty repulsive for a parent to do.
Then he went on the Today Show with Matt and sounded like a moron. Seriously, that was the single worst interview I have ever seen him give. Luckily no one actually watches the Today Show, except people like me who have jobs.
Next Jesse Jackson rips him...and apologizes for getting caught. Jesse only said what a lot of us have been saying with regard to Barack's racial politics, but most folks have learned not to say these things out loud (see a prior diary or two of mine) or get banned from the conversation.
Then he gets pwned by Hillary on FISA. That turned into an ugly "I voted against it before I voted for it" moment. No leadership, no backbone, and Jesse had already taken his b*lls. Not good when Hillary looks like the true Progressive.
Now, I come home and find a whole slew of right wing email comparing (in some cases humorously) Barack's Invesco moment to a Leni Riefenstahl production. Yikes! Hopefully the MSM is sleeping, or this one could get ugly...like 527, swift-boat ugly.
I guess I shouldn't enjoy Barack's bad days. I have come round to believing he will win easily. Though, any more the only reason I really care can be summed up in two words: "Supreme Court".
But since Barack has seen fit to f*** Progressives the last couple of weeks, it's kinda nice to see him get some of his own medicine. I hope it tasted good!
