We have a race here, folks. Bill Hedrick, the Democratic nominee for Congress, is running against the odious Ken Calvert.
Calvert, who's been ensconced in the seat since 1992, is your classic Bush Rubber Stamp, an has been named by CREW (Citizens For Responsibility and Ethics in Washington) as one of the 22 most corrupt members of Congress.

His major issues are Iraq (he has two sons and a daughter-in-law who are serving or have served there; Bill and his wife were raising their granddaughter when both her parents were in Iraq), education, upholding the Constitution, and healthcare.
