I called this program which is hosted by Ronald Martin and Lisa [insert some French sounding last name] yesterday. They had this guy named Josh and who was a PUMA or a Hillary fanatic and wouldn't support Obama.
I placed a call soon after. More after the jump.
I called because I noticed that while Ronald Martin was challenging this guy on the issues, Lisa was trying to create more of a narrative that you're seeing in the MSM lately -- party division.
After a few tries I got through and a guy asked my name and city where I was calling. I said my name and I'm calling from Washington, DC. As soon as I said that, he told me that they can't place any calls. He was lying because they took many more calls after mine.
Today, I decided to change my name to Mark and that I was calling from Florida. He asked me more questions than the prior call. I said I wanted to talk about Hillary's speech last night. He asked me, "what about it? You need to give me some more."
I immediately noticed that he was looking for a particular response so I gave him exactly what he wanted to hear. I said, "I thought it was a good speech that would go a long way toward party unity but there are still more questions."
He said, "excellent, that's exactly what I wanted to hear. Please hold on." I hanged up.
I actually didn't call to talk about that BS because I know it's being overhyped by the MSM. My original call was to tell Ronald to tell the CNN producers to start covering the convention and stop talking over the speakers.
I channel surfed last night and noticed that there is really little coverage happening. It's more about having talking heads (pundits) while the covention is in the background. That's just stupid and that goes for MSNBC, Fox and CNN. I'm just watching C-SPAN or PBS to see more of the convention with the occasional NBC to watch it in HD.
I also noticed that the cable channels, especially CNN, are complaining that Democrats have not been attacking/pounding McCain more. Well, of course not, they keep cutting away or talking over the convention speakers. There was plenty of "red meat" last night and even some the night before but no one would never know watching the cable coverage.
Someone should call them on it and I hope you join me in calling radio shows to bring this up. Enough noise should bring attention to this.
Here is the CNN Radio number 1-877-266-4189 to star with but please help put the word out by calling others.
