I'm confused. Something I don't like being. And I sincerely hope that John McCain, or one of his increasingly annoying surrogates or perhaps one of you kind readers will take the time to explain something to me.
If McCain sincerely believes that the "workers of America are the fundamentals of our economy, our strength and our future" then how is it possible that he voted for tax breaks for companies that send jobs overseas?
I mean call me stupid if you must, but as far as I can tell you'd have to be a complete idiot to encourage companies to take jobs away from American Workers if you really believed that the American Workers were what made this economy work - or let's face it, if you cared about the American Workers at all.
Hmmm, perhaps McCain doesn't have the faith in the American Worker that he claims, in 2006 he suggested that no worker in America was tough enough to pick lettuce for an entire season.
