Politico has the explosive new charges.
Drip...drip...drip...drip
In what I can only describe as even more off-the-rails news coming from the vetting we are all witnessing in real time. F*ck it, we'll do it live!
So Palin was raised Catholic, but converted to Penacostal as an adult. She has been called non-denominational and sometimes simply a "Bible believing Christian."
So what does her home church, the Wasilla Bible Church, preach at their pulpit? Well, wouldn't America like to know...
Palin's very own hometown pastor, Larry Kroon, introduced a guest preacher to his church on August 17. David Brickner, founder of Jews for Jesus got right to work:
Judgment is very real and we see it played out on the pages of the newspapers and on the television. It's very real. When [Brickner's son] was in Jerusalem he was there to witness some of that judgment, some of that conflict, when a Palestinian from East Jerusalem took a bulldozer and went plowing through a score of cars, killing numbers of people. Judgment — you can't miss it.
Yup. Sarah Palin's church thinks that terrorists are sent by God to kill Jews because they do not believe in Jesus Christ, Lord and Savior.
This is the pastor speaking again. From the church's website:
Our connection with them [Brickner's organization] probably goes back to the 1970s
They’re one of the reasons I’m a pastor now.
So Sarah Palin's own pastor got into ministry after hearing a man speak who now thinks, no...preaches that Jews are blown up for not being Christians. And that God is the one plotting the attacks.
Sick.
Disgusting.
Indefensible.

Pastor Kroon confirms Palin was in attendance on August 17th, 2008. She was in the freaking pews, people.
Palin was in church that day, Kroon said, though he cautioned against attributing Brickner’s views to her
Yeah, I bet he wants us to use "caution." Well, too bad. To use the words of many other politicians from the last few months: "I would have gotten up and left that church."
So, as soon as Palin decides she owes the American people an interview. I would like the question to be asked directly to her: "Do you believe Jews are killed by God in judgement?"

Want some more morsels from Palin's church? Here ya go.
Huffington post has more:
Pastor Kalnins has also preached that critics of President Bush will be banished to hell; questioned whether people who voted for Sen. John Kerry in 2004 would be accepted to heaven; charged that the 9/11 terrorist attacks and war in Iraq were part of a war "contending for your faith;" and said that Jesus "operated from that position of war mode."
During the 2004 election:
"I'm not going tell you who to vote for, but if you vote for this particular person [Kerry], I question your salvation. I'm sorry." Kalnins added: "If every Christian will vote righteously, it would be a landslide every time."
I sure hope an Obama administration investigates the IRS filing status of Wasilla Baptist Church.
And a final bow from the good minister. Ever wonder what will happen to you in the afterlife if you dared criticize George W. Bush? Straight to H-E-Double Hockeysticks.
"I hate criticisms towards the President," he said, "because it's like criticisms towards the pastor -- it's almost like, it's not going to get you anywhere, you know, except for hell. That's what it'll get you."
