Who doesn't love "The Simpsons?" What show holds up the mirror of our lives here in America better than this TV standard bearer? None to my mind.
This year "The Simpsons" celebrates their 20th year on the air! Congrats! May they never go the way of the dodo.

In a segment of "Treehouse of Horror XIX" (Nov. 2), the annual Halloween trilogy, Homer tries to vote for Barack Obama, but the machine keeps casting ballots before attacking him. That episode also features "It's a Grand Pumpkin, Milhouse."
Let's not make Diebold malfunctions and machinations decide this election. Turn out the vote. We know we have the numbers. That we even need "The Simpsons" to remind us of the forces which seek to bring down the one principle, the one idea which brough this nation into being: the vote, just shows us how far we have to go to regain the integrity of our own "fair and free" elections.
