Here I am on the Left Coast and I'm supposed to be surrounded. By a Glenn Beck something or other with a nuclear logo. I'm waiting for them with my handy dandy cast iron frying pan.
I'm not a sissy who needs one of those chicken crap guns to protect me. I prefer face-to-face bonking the bastard on the bean with a heavy frying pan.
But, where are they?
This damned pan is heavy, I'm getting tired of lugging it around and I've had some practice swings but I've got other stuff to do.
Let's get it over with!
Let's rock and roll!
I know I've got some of the stupid bastards with their silly little guns and ammo right here in my neighborhood. I've looked at their website.
But, they're afraid to tell me where they are. I'd go to them if I can get there by bus.
Not only don't I believe in guns, I don't like cars either and, if it were possible, I'd have a horse.
I'm looking at their principles versus my personal principles:
The Nine Principles vs. My KHB Nine Principles
- America is good. Sometimes. And when America is bad it's very, very bad.
- I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life. God? Ptah! Definitely not the center of my life.
- I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday. But, have you ever been truly honest with yourself, right wing dimwit?
- The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government. What happened to God? Aren't you already being inconsistent?
- If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it. If that's the case, why aren't Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld paying the penalty for their lawlessness and why have they been above the law? This is a case of America being very, very bad.
- I have a right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results. If you are opposed to abortion, you certainly don't think that women have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
- I work hard for what I have and I will share it with who I want to. Government cannot force me to be charitable. Who gives a damn about that? You probably don't make enough to spread around any way.
- It is not un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion. Huh? I agree with you. So, why are you so afraid to question authority?
- The government works for me. I do not answer to them, they answer to me. Huh? I agree with you here, too. So... why didn't you make the Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld lawless lying bastards accountable and answerable? And why did you condemn me for bitching because they weren't accountable and answerable to me?
Geesh! They've got the Nine Principles and they also have to have The Twelve Values:
12 Values
* Honesty
* Reverence
* Hope
* Thrift
* Humility
* Charity
* Sincerity
* Moderation
* Hard Work
* Courage
* Personal Responsibility
* Gratitude
Huh! Where was the honesty and thrift in their dearly beloved Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld Regime? Not to mention humility, charity, sincerity, hard work? A president who spent most of his first year in office being on vacation? Or riding his dirt bike? Who refused to take personal responsibility? Who lacked the courage, as did most of his administration, to put in time in the U.S. military during the time of the Vietnam invasion and occupation?
Seems to me that almost all of those values are liberal values, not conservative Glenn Beck values, except for maybe reverence.
But we liberals reverence nature and all its unsullied beauty so I guess we're reverent too.
Conservatives are always so full of crapola when they talk about values. They don't have any values. All they care about is the dollar and the bottom line and they never see anything else. Empire. World dominance. Invading and occupying other countries.
Sounds like a little two-bit guy named Adolph in the 20th century.
Come on, you right wing cowards!
I'm waiting for you. I'm waiting to see the whites of your eyes!
