President Obama has almost gone a full week longer than George Bush without an attack on U.S. soil, unless you count the movie Funny People. Congressman Joe Wilson returned the favor by calling Obama a “Liar.” Wilson’s a republican. On that side of the aisle calling someone a liar is the sincerest form of flattery.
Congress rebuked Wilson, which the GOP labeled a “diversionary tactic” to avoid discussing health care. A “diversionary tactic” to avoid health care? You mean like death panels, death books, or calling Obama a Nazi, socialist, fascist serial killer?
Wilson then hired a "professional tweeter." Thinking isn’t your wheelhouse if you need ghostwriters to fill 140 characters. Wilson immediately tweeted he and his four sons served in the military. Proud soldiers willing to do anything for America’s armed services except respect the commander-in-chief.
Rush Limbaugh defended Wilson advising Obama to “walk it off.” Like Rush Limbaugh ever walked anything off. Meanwhile 30,000 Caucasians converged on Washington Saturday to walk off their contempt for Obama. More lectures please on the dangers of bloated government from 700 pound bible thumping gun nuts whose only exercise is dodging spousal abuse.
Watching those 30,000 Caucasians waddle on D.C., for the first time in my life I was ashamed to call myself a racist. But nothing pleases this effete intellectual’s heart more than some Red State troglodyte sporting a pit stained wife beater that says, “Patriot” while holding a confederate flag. Sadly, he’s not being ironic, he’s being manipulated by dark forces who have no love for liberty, but instead have a religious conviction that war is a constant in nature so why not profit from it?
Dick Armey sponsored the entire grassroots event. And that’s exactly what Saturday’s March of The Hayseeds was and what the GOP has become. A Dick Army.
